Internatinal, Collaborative Education Programs in Ibaraki University
International collaborative education based on Asian partnership - We are facing the increasingly global relationships of culture, people, and economic activity, namely “Globalization”. We would like to encourage ASEAN students to attend our international programs and to obtain further scientific knowledge, technical skills and multicultural understanding.
Semester Exchange
As part of the AIMS Program conducting with TUAT and TMU, Ibaraki University offers Regional Sustainability Science Course which is an inter-disciplinary field intended to foster specialists in sustainability science who will contribute locally and internationally to building a sustainable society. We will offer education and training to develop specialists who possess advanced expertise in specific areas and who comprehensively understand the complex relationship between humans and the environment.
Double Degree Master Program
The graduate school of Agriculture, Ibaraki University and Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and Universitas Udayana promote our mutual interests by cooperation in education and research upon the principle of equality and reciprocity. In order to strengthen our long term relationship, we lauched the Double Degree Program.
Short Course Exchange
The graduate school of Agriculture, Ibaraki University and Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and Universitas Udayana offer short courses in Indonesia (summer course) and in Japan (winter course). These activities are consisting of lectures, poster presentation, practical field works and group discussions focused on the regional sustainability.
